Yes we know, we need to go on a photographic course, get the lighting right and buy a new camera.
We were asked to create two new offices at The Old Court House in Harrogate. The remodelling option for our customer was far cheaper than having to relocate to larger premises in the town.
For this build we built two new stud partitions walls, then insulated, finished with 12.5mm plasterboard and skimmed.
Two new fire rated door frames were installed along with two new Llandow Oak Foil Flush 20G Glazed Fire Door. These doors are FD30 rating, designed to offer up to 30 minutes of defense against a fire. The clear 20g glazing allows for light to pass between rooms, whilst still offering privacy. The oak finish has warm tones, which can be emphasized by a fire-rated handle in chrome.
To finish the project off, the walls were painted in Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath emulsion and Dulux satinwood in white.
