The customer required a complete kitchen installation to create a modern, practical space that maximised storage and worktop area while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance. The brief focused on achieving a contemporary finish with neutral tones, durable materials, and an efficient layout suitable for everyday family use.

A key requirement was to make full use of the available floor space without compromising movement through the kitchen. The chosen U-shaped layout allows for excellent workflow between cooking, preparation, and washing zones, while also increasing usable storage and surface space. The customer requested integrated appliances to maintain a streamlined look, including a built-in oven and microwave stack.

The kitchen units were specified in a modern green/grey finish, providing a timeless aesthetic that complements both natural and artificial light. Handle styling was selected to enhance the clean-lined design while remaining practical for daily use. White quartz worktops were chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and bright finish, helping to reflect light and visually enlarge the space.

A curved peninsula worktop was incorporated to soften the overall layout, improve flow, and provide additional preparation space. This also creates a subtle separation between functional zones without enclosing the kitchen.

Positioning the sink beneath the window was a deliberate design choice, improving natural light to the main working area and creating a pleasant outlook. The customer also requested modern downlighting to ensure the space remained well-lit during evening use.

Overall, the brief centred on delivering a high-quality, contemporary kitchen installations that balances aesthetics with functionality, providing a bright, practical, and long-lasting solution tailored to the customer’s home.
